The Yoga of Relationships
We often say that Yoga's primary purpose is to take the lessons we learn on the mat and integrate them into our lives off the mat. Nowhere is that more difficult (or more rewarding) than in our relationships since they have the potential to create bith joy and suffering in our lives.
This three-hour workshop is open to all and will help you look at all of your relationships in a very different way. Leave your mat at home and come prepared to learn how to create more joy in all your relationships without attachment, emotion or drama.
You will learn how to shed old (usually ineffective) behavior patterns and replace them with practical tools rooted in classical Yoga philosophy designed to cultivate honesty and kindness with those closest to you. Bring a journal and a pen, any current issues you are willing to share and work on with the group, and an open mind!
